Who Runners, walkers and strollers alike are invited to participate in the 25th annual Turkey Trot. Gather your family and friends to start the holiday season at this unique event that embodies the community spirit of Thanksgiving.

What Choose between an invigorating 5 mile run or a brisk 3 mile walk through the scenic countryside of Green Valley North. Then joing us for a Celebration Party. This morning is filled with fun, physical activity, and community good will.

8:00am - 8:45am	Registration
8:45am - 9:00am	Warm up with certified aerobics instructor
9:00am	Route opens (no splits or water on course)
9:00am - 11:00am	Turkey Trot Celebration Party with breakfast, door prizes and special celebrity appearances.

Where Turkey Trot traverses the gently rolling countryside of Green Valley North. The route begins and ends at: 12109 Ridge Valley Drive.

Directions: Take 695 to Greenspring Avenue North, 6.5 miles. Right onto Ridge Road, one block. Right onto Ridge Valley Drive to the tent.

Why  Life isn't always fair and isn't always easy...especially for the thousands of Maryland residents who suffer from inflammatory bowel disease.

Each pre-registered participant will recieve a Green Valley North Turket Trot T-Shirt, breakfast and the chance to win valuable door prizes. You may also register on-site (t-shirts will be supplied as they last).

Pre-registration Early registration can be done on Tuesday November 25th from 5-8 pm at the Chestnut Ridge Volunteer Fire Department located at 12020 Greenspring Ave.
